Community Inovlement
In addition to specific programs put out by the PCUSA, once a quarter we replace our traditional worship service with one called God In Action where we do something that focuses on aiding the community. This may be putting together school supplies and backpacks for one of the local elementary schools or snack bags for the houseless population in the Kansas City Metro area.

God in Action
We like to give back to our community through a program we call “god in action”. These activities and programs can change as time goeson. To find out more, click below.

Backpack Program
Our members support our community by providing shoes, hats, and mittens for children in need; collecting food and diapers for local food pantries and diaper closets.

PCUSA Initiatives
Its focus is to take “our living faith into our communities and the world” as we follow Jesus’ instruction “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.” (Matthew 25:35-36)
